Hi! I hope everything's okay ! In this article, I will talk about Christmas and New Year and my best moments during my holidays.
On December 18, I celebrated my birthday. I spent the evening with the young foreigners of Catamarca and two Argentinean friends. I made an asado with my first family. It was a nice party. Gracias Mario !!
The next day, I attended a short distance triathlon. (750m, 20km, 5km) Thank you Marcos Canil to lend me the bike. A great organizing club. I started in the championship of the province of Catamarca.
I spent my first Christmas and New Year with 35C°. The organization of two festivals was simillaires. We ate with the family then at 1:00 we go in nightclubs with friends to dance. Personally, I have not seen significant food customs. I benefited from my 3 brothers for nightlife.

On January 13, I went to the Rioja to watch Paris Dakar. I was with Cuti it was an adventure to get there. There was a great show with public and a crazy heat. I saw the motorcycles, cars (Peugeot and Mini) and trucks. A great goal achieved !!
The third week of January I was invited by my future family to spend a week at Las Juntas. It is a small mountain village (1500m) at 50 KMS Catamarca. It's cooler than in the city. I was with my future brother Julian and his two cousins. It was a great week !!! Program: river with few jumps, horse riding, football, trekking & Party. A week full of activities. I would make a video with the best moments later in the month. Thank you very much for Dalla Lasta family for this week.

I left ten days in the second home of my family. The house is located in a mountain valley. I was a bit sick for four days. I learned to make the "dulce de menbrillo" a lot of work and cooking time for this "dulce".
I spent a weekend with David (German) and Oskar (Danish) in las Juntas. We rode on horseback in a shelter at the bottom of the mountain. No electricity no comfort but the joy of being with friends. I made the fire with David. We ate a barbecue. We slept on frames horses. After an evening of "TRUCO" I spent a very cold night. We returned the following day to spend two days in las juntas.

When I'm in Catamarca, I try to swim regularly. I learn to dance with my class. I love spending time with strangers ROTARY. Sometimes we come to bathe during afternoon. These are the best moments.

I go six days to Cordoba with Sebastian (Belgian Rotary) of 18 to 24 February. On February 27, I have a great triathlon in catamarca city. On February 29, I go back to the school with lots of activities for the new school year.
